4. Add some oil to the wok, put the tofu in one by one, fry on low heat until both sides are golden, and serve for later use.
5. Put cold oil in a hot pot, stir-fry minced meat with low fire to get oil, stir-fry minced onion and ginger until fragrant, stir-fry with soy sauce, and turn off the fire.
6. Separate the leaves of yellow cabbage, wash and drain for later use.
