Preparation materials: 260g razor clams, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of MSG, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of green onions.
1. Soak the razor clams you bought in water, add an appropriate amount of vinegar essence, and let the razor clams spit out the dirt.
2. Soak it and then wash it with water, as shown in the picture below.
3. Make water in a pot, add appropriate amount of green onions, ginger, salt and MSG, as shown in the picture below.
4. After the water boils, put the razor clams into the pot, bring to a boil slowly, cook for 7 minutes and then remove from the pot, as shown in the picture below.
5. Remove from the pot and put on a plate, so that the boiled razor clams are completed, as shown in the picture below.
