Garlic Eggplant
Method:
1. Two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of dark soy sauce, one spoon of vinegar, one spoon of oil, half a spoon of starch and one spoon of sugar< /p>
2. Coat the eggplant with starch and fry until the surface is golden brown. Add the minced garlic and sauté the eggplant until fragrant. Add the green chili pepper and add the prepared sauce. Cook until the eggplant is soft and tender.
