Fried pasta snacks have always been children’s favorite pasta, especially the two fried pasta snacks, fried twists and fried cornstarch, are in short supply in the market. Whenever housewives sell When I don’t have these two snacks, I always think that it would be great if we could make them at home. In fact, the preparation of these two fried pasta snacks is very simple, and we can make them ourselves at home.
Fried Twist
Ingredients
A Savory: 200g flour, 1 egg, appropriate amount of water, 5g salt, a little black sesame.
B Sweetness: 200g flour, 1 egg, appropriate amount of water, 30g sugar.
Method
1. Knead the sweet dough. Press the dough with the dough press in the order of 1st gear - 3rd gear - 5th gear.
2. Knead the salty dough. Press the dough with the dough press in the order of 1st gear - 3rd gear - 5th gear.
3. First put various materials into the basin, and finally add water. Control the amount of water yourself, so that it can barely be kneaded into a ball. It is a hard dough, about the same hardness as hand-rolled dough. If you don’t have a dough machine, use a rolling pin to roll it by hand.
4. Press the 5-thickness dough and cut it into dough pieces about 12cm long and 5-6cm wide.
5. Take two pieces, fold them in half, and cut them three times.
6. Separate it, pass one piece through the middle seam of the other piece, and then pass the bottom piece on your left hand through the middle seam of the upper piece.
7. As above, all salty and sweet flavors are ready.
8. Heat the oil in the pot to about 50-60% heat (the twist will float in a few seconds after you put it in), fry over medium-low heat until both sides are slightly brown.
Fried angler
Ingredients
Prepare 4 eggs, 1000g flour, 3 bricks of brown sugar, about 500ml of water, 500g of peanuts, and 200g of white sugar ( For filling), 50g black sesame seeds, 50g shredded coconut, 500g flower biscuits, 1500ml peanut oil.
Method
1. Fry the peanuts first, let them cool and then crush them. Crush the biscuits as well, pour them into the peanuts, then add white sugar, black sesame seeds and shredded coconut. Mix to make filling.
2. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add brown sugar and boil the flowers to melt into sugar water.
3. Beat the eggs into the flour, slowly add the brown sugar water and mix it into a dough (the sugar water should be added while kneading the dough, just add it until it feels right, not necessarily all the sugar water should be put in).
4. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a large thin piece of dough, use a glass cup to turn it upside down into round pieces of dough, or knead it directly by hand.
5. Put an appropriate amount of filling in the middle of the corner skin, close the edges, and pinch the edges to seal.
6. Put oil in the pot and heat it to the appropriate temperature. First put one horn into the pot and test the oil temperature. If you feel the temperature is suitable, add more horns and fry until golden brown.
7. Eat it after it’s cool. It’s crispy and delicious.
