Shawo radish is a unique variety in Tianjin, also known as Wei Qing radish or green radish. Both names refer to the same kind of radish. The peel and pulp of Shawo radish are turquoise. Shawo radish is delicate in taste, sweet, spicy and delicious, fresh and juicy, and full of water.
