The big herring likes to eat snails, crops and pellet feed bait.
1. Snails
Black herring prefers meat such as snails and earthworms, and it is the best choice to catch black herring with snails. When fishing herring with snails, the whole snail can be directly hung on the hook for fishing, and the throat bone of herring can directly crush the snail. If the mouth of herring is slightly worse, you can chop up the snail meat, mix it with sweet potato paste, and knead it into a ball to catch herring. In addition, some fishermen are used to running snails with small drugs, which is not necessary when fishing herring in the wild.
2. Crops
Black herring prefers to eat meat bait, but it also eats vegetarian bait such as fruits of crops. If there are crops near the reservoir or black pit pond, the fruits and seeds of crops will be blown into the water by the wind, and herring will also eat them. If this goes on, slowly, the herring in the nearby waters will also get into the habit of eating the seeds and fruits of crops. Therefore, a better choice for herring fishing in these waters is to use crops such as corn and wheat. If these waters are relatively large, fishermen should soak the bait with small medicine in advance to increase the taste.
3. Granular feed
Some black pits often use granular feed to feed herring. If fishing friends fish herring in such black pits, they can try to use granular feed. Because the herring here already has the habit of eating pellet feed, perhaps using pellet feed can have a better fish feeding rate. Of course, fishermen can also use commercial bait on the market, but it is suggested that fishermen fish herring with hemp balls, which will have better effect.
