1, material preparation
Pick a large full of dry soybeans, pay attention to must not have insect spots, and then wash the soybeans. Take a pot of the right size, put soybeans, pour water, no more than soybeans, soak for 12 hours, soak the soybeans are bulging.
2, the process of bean sprouts
Pour off the excess water, find a clean piece of gauze or thin cotton cloth, steamer cloth is okay. Dampen it with water, cover it over the top of the soaked soybeans, and put it in a warm, backlit place, such as a larger drawer.
Spray the gauze with water every day to keep the soybeans moist, and after a week or so, the soybeans will sprout. If you want short soybean sprouts, this is the right kind for now, and if you want long soybean sprouts, you'll have to let them continue to grow.
Find a pot with a hole in the bottom, pick out the sprouted soybeans and put them into the pot; then take a slightly larger pot without a hole, pour in water, put in two small wooden blocks, and place the pot with the short soybean sprouts into the larger pot with water, being careful not to block the hole.
Sprinkle the water evenly down the soybeans, every bit of them. Excess water will flow through the holes in the pots to the pots below, after which you can water the soybean sprouts with the water from the pots below. Generally speaking, watering can be done when you have time, and the more you water the faster they grow. When the soybean sprouts grow to 7-10CM, you can pick up and eat.
