Dazhong Health Soup 1: Paidu Slim Soup
1, wild mushroom king soup
Ingredients: Flammulina velutipes, Volvariella volvacea, Coprinus comatus, Boletus, and broth (black-bone chicken and pig bone).
Practice: Wash the mushrooms in advance, then rinse them with water for1~ 2 days, drain the water, add the broth, boil it over high fire, then continue to boil it over low heat for about 3 hours, and add salt to taste before filling the soup.
