Step 2: Put a little salt in the egg white bowl. Salt is really amazing. It can not only enhance the salty taste, but also enhance the sweetness and fragrance. Add two spoonfuls of sugar, and then beat the egg whites with an egg beater until they have a three-dimensional effect.
Step 3: Add a spoonful of sugar to the egg yolk. The amount of sugar can be freely controlled according to your own taste.
Then add three or four spoonfuls of flour. If low-gluten flour is the best, so is wheat flour. If it doesn't work, put all you have. Add 6 to 7 spoonfuls of milk. In order to add flavor to the cake, we added a little fresh lemon juice.
Step 4: Put the beaten egg white into the mixture of egg yolk, flour and milk, and stir it up and down evenly.
Step 5: Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the electric pressure cooker, and it is best to brush the oil evenly with a brush. Open the lid and preheat 1 min. Pour the stirred mixture into the pot and heat it for 2 ~ 4 minutes. Just gently cover it, no need to seal it.
Special reminder is that the pressure valve must be opened and cannot be sealed. When the heating time is up, turn off the power supply and stay stuffy by the residual temperature for 20 ~ 30 minutes.
