Materials: 300g of sesame seeds, 250g of peanuts, 200g of walnuts, 30ml of honey, 15ml of olive oil, 500g of glutinous rice flour
1. Powder all the cooked black sesame seeds, cooked peanuts, and walnuts, add honey, olive oil, and ball into a small dosage for spare.
2. Use lukewarm water and glutinous rice flour, when it is almost formed into a ball take off a piece.
3. Boil the water, put the dough in it and cook until it floats, then take it out.
4. Mix the boiled dough with the rest of the remaining dough, knead the dough, cover with plastic wrap and leave it to rise for 15 minutes.
5. Divide the dough into small portions, press one portion into a crust, and pack in the filling.
6. Wrap the filling around the mouth and roll it out.
