Braised raw fish soup with winter melon and red bean.
Ingredients: 60g of adzuki bean, 750g of wax gourd, 2 strips of raw fish, 0/50g of lean pork/kloc-0, and 3 slices of ginger.
Practice: Wash red beans, wash wax gourd, cut the skin, wash raw fish, slaughter and remove scales and internal organs, and fry over slow fire until slightly yellow. Hawthorn lentil gold and silver soup
Ingredients: 40g of hawthorn, 50g of fried lentils, 2 fresh and 2 preserved duck gizzards, 200g of pork, 0/4 dried tangerine peel/kloc-and 3 slices of ginger.
Practice: wash and soak all the herbs, and remove the pulp from dried tangerine peel; Wash and cut open the fresh duck gizzards to remove dirt, and wash them without stripping the gold from the duck; Soak the preserved duck gizzards in warm water and wash them; Wash the pig's meat at the moon show. Put them together in a clay pot, add 2500 ml of water, simmer for 2 hours after the strong fire is boiled, and add salt.

Ingredients: raw and cooked (i.e. fried) coix seed 1 5g, 8 ginkgo, yuba peel1piece, 500g pork tripe and 3 slices of ginger.
Practice: raw and cooked coix seed, washed ginkgo; Soak the yuba skin; Wash the pork belly, turn it over, rub it with salt or raw powder for several times, and then rinse it; Pour a proper amount of water into the earthenware pot to boil, add all the ingredients, boil over strong fire, simmer for two hours, and season with salt.
Efficacy: strengthening the spleen to stop diarrhea, clearing away heat and promoting diuresis, and awakening the stomach.
Huangqi Buqi Jianpi Decoction
Ingredients: 25g of Radix Astragali, 20g of Radix Codonopsis, 20g of Coicis Semen, 500g of black-bone chicken, 50g of lean pork and 3 slices of ginger.
