Water temperature: the initial boiling point should be above 98 degrees Celsius, especially for the first time.

Soaking time: according to personal taste, the first time 10 seconds ~ 1 minute, the second time 20 seconds ~ 1.5 minutes, and the third time 30 seconds ~3 minutes. After that, the time was nearly doubled, and the soup color remained the same as the third time. High-quality Jinjunmei tea can be brewed for more than six times.
