Ingredients: dried red pepper, pepper, pepper, ginger, garlic cloves, bean paste and onion.
Practical tutorial:
1. The yellow croaker is slaughtered and washed, drained, and pickled with salt and pepper 10 minutes or so. Cut the dried red pepper in half, shred the ginger, pat the garlic cloves flat, and cut the green onion into chopped green onion.
2. Heat the pan and pour the oil. When the oil is hot, add dried red pepper, ginger slices, garlic cloves and pepper to stir-fry until fragrant, and then add bean paste to stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Pour in a proper amount of water, bring it to a boil, and add the yellow croaker. When the fish is almost cooked, add your favorite side dish, add salt to taste, cook until it is cooked to taste, sprinkle with pepper and chopped green onion and serve.
