Tools/materialsLow gluten flour, eggs, sugar, vegetable oil
01Sift the low gluten flour and set aside in a bowl.
02Wash the eggs and break them in a bowl.
03Put the vegetable oil, sugar and eggs into a bowl. Stir well and add appropriate amount of low gluten flour.
04Beat the dough in the bowl until well blended, then knead it into a smooth dough.
05Let it rise in the bowl for about half an hour. Once the dough has risen, cut it, knead it into strips, then cut it into small pieces one by one and roll the pieces into a slightly thin crust, not too thin.
Then, place the tools for making the cookies on top and make nice shapes.
06Arrange the crust evenly on a baking sheet and place it in the oven to bake.
07Allow the butter-free cookies to come out of the oven.
