Steps to make Spicy Sauce Blasted Spicy Whelk
1. Prepare the ingredients. Add a few drops of sesame oil to the water in which the snails are placed and soak for 2 hours. Cut green onion into chopped scallions and ginger into sliced diamonds. Green and red bell peppers cut diagonally into circles.
2. Heat a frying pan, add green onions and ginger, green and red bell pepper rings and stir-fry, over high heat.
3. Add 1 tbsp spicy sauce, 1/2 tbsp seafood sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oil chili pepper, and stir-fry to release the red oil.
4. Add the snails and stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes.
5. Pour in white wine (I used Xifeng, preferably Erguotou) and stir-fry well.
6. Drop in the Meiji Fresh and salt to taste.
Tips
The sauce already has a salty flavor, heavy taste, you can add a little more moderate salt to taste.
