Japanese grilled eel
Ingredients
1 eel (about 1 catties), several bamboo skewers, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce , a little ginger juice, a little wine, an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, a little honey
Method
Wash the eel, cut the head and tail into three pieces, add sugar, wine, ginger juice and soy sauce and soak for 20 minutes
Take out the eel and bring the remaining soup to a boil over low heat
Thread the bamboo skewers into the fish meat in a rotating manner and bake at 200 degrees for 6-8 minutes. (Turn over and cook occasionally. Apply the sauce several times)
