How to make Henan pepper paste
Ingredients?
4 red peppers
Two spoons of salt
Three spoons of flour
An appropriate amount of chicken essence
A handful of chopped green onions
100g of peanuts, if you like, you can add a spoonful of soy sauce

How to make it?
Prepare the ingredients. Northern tofu is a hard tofu that does not rot easily during cooking and has a strong bean flavor.
Cut the tofu into two-finger-square thin slices;
Cut the scallions into finely chopped green onions, and chop the hot peppers into small pieces;
Cut the cabbage into large pieces (as much as possible) Don’t use cabbage)
Tear the oyster mushrooms into strips
Soak the vermicelli in water in advance.
Heat the pan with cold oil and fry the peanuts. I usually use less oil when cooking. Too much oil is not good for your health. Turn on low heat and stir-fry continuously until the peanuts are crispy. Take them out and chop them into pieces and set aside. This step is very critical. If the heat is too high or the time goes by, the peanuts will turn black and the result will be bitter.
Heat the remaining oil, add green onion, chili, stir-fry tofu and cabbage and oyster mushrooms. No need to fry until the cabbage is cooked. Add water until boiling and add vermicelli.
While waiting, add water to the flour to make a thin batter, it does not need to be very thick. When the vermicelli is cooked, add salt and chicken essence to taste according to personal taste, add a spoonful of soy sauce for color, pour the batter evenly, and stir constantly to prevent sticking to the pan.
Add chopped peanuts before serving, stir and you’re done! It's spicy, and it will keep you warm after eating it in winter
