High shoots fried large pieces of beef
Main ingredients: high shoots 200g, beef 400g
Supplementary ingredients: oil, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch, cilantro, tempeh, pickled chili pepper
Steps:
1. high shoots sliced
2. pickled chili pepper cut into small circles
3. cut cilantro into small pieces
4. cut beef into large slices
5. marinate beef with cornstarch, soy sauce and cooking wine for about 30 minutes
6. heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the beef over high heat
7. stir-fry until browned and then remove from the pan
8. wash the pan, put in another oil and sauté the edamame beans and pickled chili peppers
9. stir-fry the slices of asparagus until they are sliced and cut off
10. Add a pinch of salt
11. Add beef
12. Add cilantro
13. Stir-fry well and then remove from the pot
