1. Ingredients: a little each of lotus root, sesame oil, pepper, refined salt, ginger and vinegar.
2. Method: Peel and wash the lotus root and cut into 3 mm thick slices. The shape of the piece can be semicircular or circular. Before the water is boiled, blanch the lotus vegetables first, and then rinse them with cold water, otherwise the lotus vegetables will lose their crispness and tenderness and become soft.
3. Put it in a basin, control the water, add refined salt and minced ginger, then add cooking oil and peppercorns to the pot and heat it. When the oil is hot and the peppercorns are fried, take out the peppercorns and stir-fry the lotus root. Mix well inside. When eating, pour a little sesame oil and sour vinegar and put it into a plate.
