Yellow cauliflower Cucumber Carrot Garlic Ginger
Practice
1 First soak the yellow cauliflower in water for about half an hour
2 Wash the cucumber, carrot, ginger and garlic and set aside, and shred the cucumber and carrot.
3. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add a small amount of oil, put the cauliflower into the boiling water and cook for about 4 or 5 minutes
4. Fish out the cooked cauliflower and put it into the prepared cold water
5. Then, in the same way, put the carrots into the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the ginger and garlic
7Fry the raw oil
8Lower the heat and pour in the soy sauce
9Pull the cooled cauliflower into the pot and add the carrots and cucumber to the pot. Mix quickly
10. Finally, add some sesame oil and white vinegar and mix well.
