Green vegetables such as arugula and lettuce 1 small bowl
Avocado 1/4
Five or six cherry tomatoes are optional.
Italian low-fat salad dressing is adjusted according to your own taste.

Add a small bowl of Gusmi to the boiling pot, add the same bowl of water, cook for 5-7 minutes, turn off the fire and stew for 5-7 minutes.
Pour other side dishes into salad dressing ... and put them in Gusmi.
