2. Steps:

③ Put the soaked beans and rice into the soy milk machine to make whole bean soy milk.
④Put a small amount of water into the empty container containing soy milk, cover it, and microwave it for 4 minutes to sterilize.
⑤ Filter the prepared hot soy milk through a filter (sterilized) into the sterilized container above, cover it, and wait for the temperature to drop. This step takes time. If you want to be quick, you can Soak the container in cold water (be careful with glass containers), and be careful not to let the cold water from outside splash into the soy milk to avoid contamination with bacteria.
⑥ Pour lactic acid bacteria powder (white powder) into the above soy milk and stir well. Since soy milk is thick and difficult to dissolve with bacterial powder, you can also dissolve it with a small amount of soy milk or clean water and then mix it into the soy milk. During this process, please note that the water, bowls, and mixing spoons used are all sterilized to avoid bacterial invasion. Put the above container into the yogurt machine, heat and ferment for 8-10 hours, and it is ready.
⑦ Use a sterilized spoon to scoop out 80-100ml of the prepared sour soy milk, store it in a sterilized and well-sealed container, and store it in the refrigerator. I used Wang Zhihe A small glass bottle of white bean curd, the kind with a metal lid.
⑧The freshly made sour soy milk can be consumed immediately or chilled in the refrigerator before drinking.
