Steps
1. Prepare materials.
2. Add sago and water to the pot, turn to medium heat after boiling, cook until sago has small white core and turn off the heat.
3. Remove the sago and submerge it in cold water.
4. After the pot is rinsed, pour in the milk.
5. Pour in coconut milk.
6. Pour in the sago that has been soaked in cold water.
7. Use chopsticks to gently pull out the sago to prevent the sago from sticking to the bottom.
8. Cook over medium heat until the liquid boils slightly, then add sugar.
9. The sugar melts and the sago becomes transparent.
10. After cooling, you can put it in a cup and eat it, or you can put it in the refrigerator and eat it.
