Materials:Cucumber salt 1, ham mushroom half, half a catty of sesame oil, chicken essence, green onion.
Working method
The first step
Flat mushrooms washed, pinched with the hand to remove water.
Step 2
Slice the cucumber and ham hock.
Step 3
Add a small amount of oil to the pan, pour in the flat mushrooms and stir-fry for two minutes. Bring to a boil, then pour in the cucumber and ham sausage. Cook for two minutes, then add salt, chicken essence, sesame oil, chopped green onion and cook for one minute.
