How to Make Vermicelli Soup with Pickled Cabbage

1 piece of pickled cabbage.

Slice kimchi finely, slice ginger, and cut green onion into small pieces. If you want a spicy flavor you can add wild peppers, I did it for a non-spicy taste.

Soak the vermicelli in warm water to soften.
