Supplements: ginger, scallions
1. clams back, put in salt water, to urge them to spit sand.
2. Boil tofu in a pot and set aside.
3. Put a little oil in the frying pan, add onions and ginger and stir-fry, then add the clams and stir-fry for a few seconds.
4. Put water in the pot, add the fishballs and tofu, and cook for about 10 minutes, then sprinkle with chopped green onion.
