Ingredients: pork belly 1 small pieces, sweet potato vermicelli, chives 1, ginger, soy sauce, garlic 1 clove, and bean paste.
Cooking steps:
1. First, prepare all the ingredients and chop the pork belly into minced meat for later use. It is best to choose the pork belly with fat and thin, which tastes better. Sweet potato vermicelli can be used according to the family's food intake.
2. If you don't have sweet potato vermicelli, you can also make it with Longkou vermicelli or other vermicelli at home, then add a proper amount of water to the pot, cook the vermicelli in the pot for 2 minutes, then remove it and put it in cold water. If you are in a hurry, you can also cook the vermicelli until it becomes soft.
3. Then add a little cooking oil to the wok, heat it, add the prepared chopped green onion, Jiang Mo and minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Then turn to medium-low heat, add 1 tbsp bean paste to the pot, and stir-fry until red oil is produced.
5. Then put the chopped pork belly into the pot and stir-fry until the minced meat becomes loose, slightly discolored and cooked. When frying, you can press down the minced meat with a spatula and let the fat sauce stir fry.
6. Then add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and half a bowl of water to the pot, stir well and bring the water to a boil.
7. Put the prepared vermicelli into the pot and stir well. Don't stir fry for too long when the fans are ripe. If it is not cooked, stir fry for a while.
8. After frying, you can go out of the pot. You can also sprinkle a little leek and millet pepper as an ornament when cooking.

1. It is best to choose sweet potato vermicelli, or you can use vermicelli made at home or Longkou vermicelli.
2. If you want to save time, you can directly cook the vermicelli until it is about 90% mature, but after catching it, you must cool it in cold water, otherwise it will stick together.
