1. Remove the stems of green peppers and wash them.
2. Cut the green pepper into sections with a diagonal knife and set aside.
3. Cut the ham into thin slices, soak in warm water for about 30 minutes to remove the salty taste, drain and set aside.
4. After the pot is hot, add the fat and stir-fry until oil comes out.
5. Put the ham slices into the pot and stir-fry.
6. Slowly, the ham slices will change color.
7. Add the chopped green peppers.
8. Continue to stir-fry over medium-high heat, adding an appropriate amount of water to avoid burning the pot.
9. Turn to medium-low heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add a little pepper before serving.
10. Take out of the pot and serve.
