4. The ratio of oil is 1: 1, and they are cooked separately. Oil burns to 90% of the heat. Cook the sauce until the oil and sauce turn dark red. Then cook the onion and ginger until the fragrance comes out.
5. Cook in hot pot for a while, add tomato sauce, Shiqiao sauce, spicy sauce, spicy and delicious, and then add salt, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate and sugar 2: 2: 1.
