Ingredients: 850g half duck, 2 carrots
Accessories: 1 bag of pickled radish, 1 spoon of salt, 1 piece of ginger, 1 spoon of sugar
Steps to make carrot stewed duck soup:
1. Chop half of the duck into pieces and soak in water for 10 minutes.
2. Add water to the stew pot, bring to a boil, add the duck pieces and cook for 5 minutes, drain and soak in ice water for 5 minutes, clean and set aside.
3. Add water to the stew pot, slice the ginger, put it into the pot, add the pickled radish into the soup, boil the water and add the duck pieces.
