Korean cold noodles and seasoning
Cold noodle soup is the essence of cold noodles, and mixing a bowl of cold noodle soup can be half the battle. The seasoning pictured below is for 3 adults, and the amount can be adjusted according to the number of people eating.

Ingredients:Cold white noodles, cucumber, tomato, Chinese cabbage, egg, white sesame seeds, Sprite, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, 9 degrees of rice vinegar, soft sugar, salt, water, Dasi Da ground beef.

Step one. Combine all the dressing ingredients in a bowl, whisk well, and chill in the refrigerator until there is plenty of ice.

Step two. Prepare the side ingredients, preferably sliced beef and pears. Unfortunately, I didn't have any.

Step Three. Cold pasta is white, cornmeal, buckwheat, and the white pasta I bought. Roll them into a pot of cold water and bring to a boil.

Step four. Fish out the noodles when they are slightly mushy.

Step Five. Rinse the noodles repeatedly in cold water.

Step Six. Remove the noodles and set aside.

Step seven. Place a variety of favorite ingredients on top of the noodles. Stack high.

Step eight. Pour in the chilled cold noodle soup and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put in some chili sauce if you like it spicy.

Step 9:You're done. This is an easy and convenient version of cold noodle soup.
