How to make French soft bread
Ingredients: 500g high gluten flour, 30g granulated sugar, 310g fresh milk, 6g baking soda, 60g whipping cream, 3g salt
Preparation steps:
1. Pour the milk into a microwaveable bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. Remove from the heat and bring to room temperature.
