1. Shred onion, wash mung bean sprouts, pat garlic cloves flat, and shred dried peppers.
2. Add oil to the pot, stir-fry garlic cloves, dried peppers and onions, add salt and thirteen spices, stir-fry twice, and pour in bean sprouts.
3. Stir-fry the bean sprouts until soft, pour a little soy sauce along the edge of the pot and a proper amount of white vinegar. Stir well and serve.
4. Don't fry bean sprouts for too long, they will not taste good if they are too soft.
