. Step 4
4. Add a large pot of water and bring to a boil
Step 5
5. Put the chicken with a little soup in the pressure cooker and press it slightly for 15 minutes (the old chicken needs to be simmered for a long time and can be pressed slightly in the pressure cooker)

6. Add all kinds of mushrooms in the chicken broth and cook it until it is matured to 80%, season it with a little salt and add the green onion whites
.Step 7
7. Finally, add the pressed chicken pieces and cook them together for a little while, then you can start shabu-shabu. For dipping, you only need a bowl of chicken broth, and if you like light soup, just add a little salt and sesame sauce to the chicken broth, and if you like spicy flavors, you can add chili oil
Step 8
8. After you finish eating most of the chicken meat and mushrooms, you can add pea shoots, spinach, tofu, and vermicelli and shabu-shabu
Enough to cook and eat
Please note that the chicken broth can be used for dipping, but it is not recommended.
