Illustrations of cooking saury by renting;
1. Prepare some shallots and spread them at the bottom of the pot.
2. Cut the saury from head to tail and viscera, cut one into four pieces, and then put it in the pot.
3. Put all the seasonings into the pot, bring to a boil and turn to low heat for about 2 and a half hours (sauce turns to wine; Soy sauce: black vinegar: rock sugar =2: 1: 1: 1)
4. Sprinkle white sesame seeds on the table, or add white sesame seeds when cooking, and eat them cold or hot, all of which are delicious.
