2. In some places, after the bamboo shoots are shelled, the big ones are immersed in water, and the small ones (such as Lei bamboo shoots) are directly immersed in water, which has a special flavor. Some consumers feel that they are in the water when they buy it home.

3. It is possible that the roots of reed or water bamboo are called water bamboo in some places, or it is possible.
