Ingredients of white radish sparerib soup:
500g of white radish, 420g of ribs, 8g of medlar, 8g of salt, 6g of ginger, 0g of cooking wine10g, and 4000g of clear water.
Step 1
Clean the ribs.
Second step
Wash white radish, peel and cut into pieces.
Third step
Put the cleaned ribs in the casserole, put the ginger slices in the cooking wine with water, boil it without covering the lid (put a wooden shovel above the casserole to prevent the soup from overflowing when it boils), and remove the floating foam.
