Super cute recipe for kids and adults irresistible - crispy star rice crackers!

I've introduced the groundnut rice crackers before, because it's easy to make and healthy to eat, so it's very popular among moms. It seems that when moms with young children see recipes for rice crackers, they all want to learn how to make them for their babies, and baa-mom is one of them. A few days ago, she saw Wu Zhenying's mom's self-creating rice crackers with stars and baa-mom was y attracted by the shape of the crackers, and so she asked for the original recipe, hoping to share it with everyone who loves kids. The first thing you need to do is to prepare the ingredients

Fresh Milk 50g Unsalted Cream 10g Salt 2g Sugar 10g (you can reduce the amount) Rice 25g (don't use overnight rice, it's not easy to puree) Shotokawa 25g (available in all supermarkets) Low Gluten Flour some (as a hand flour, baaa mom added some more) The milk powder to increase the milk flavor)

ps. can you replace it with the regular white flour? The answer is no. I've tried it and it's not easy to work with, and it doesn't come out as beautiful as it should. Pour the milk, unsalted butter, sugar and salt into a saucepan and cook over low heat until the butter melts (don't turn off the heat yet). Add the cornstarch to step 1 and stir quickly to combine. Turn off the heat when there is no more water in the pan. Put the rice flour and rice in a bowl and use a food processor to puree them together (it will look like mochi after blending) ④. Place the plastic wrap on the work surface, take out the rice ball and put it on the work surface. Cover the top of the rice ball with another layer of plastic wrap and roll the rice ball flat (about 0.1~0.2cm) ⑤. ⑤. Remove the plastic wrap from the top of the rice ball, the flat rice ball will be a little sticky, you can sprinkle some cornstarch on it to prevent it from sticking to your hands ⑥. Don't worry, I don't have one at home either. Look closely at the model in the photo above, it's a DIY model made by my mom, how did you get it? Please prepare: aluminum can, scissors, tape and a ruler (if you don't have a model and don't want to do it yourself, just roll out the rice ball and cut it with scissors)

Cut along the yellow dotted line, and then cut along the blue dotted line, and then cut the aluminum into two long strips (for two models)

Fold the aluminum in half, and then use a ruler to flatten the folded area, which is a good idea.

Fold the aluminum pieces into your favorite shapes, and then tape the overlapping areas to secure them

You can use a ruler to scrape the flat area as a handhold, so that you won't cut your hands, and use the other side to press the molds for better results

Let me pose for you

It's so delicious, I can't help but to eat it one after another

Wearing a big star, holding a small star

Why are you playing? It's really a delicious and fun cookie
