Method
1. Mix the flour with water to form a dough, knead it until it is thoroughly kneaded, roll it into strips and cut it into broad bean-sized dough. Press the dough with your thumbs and rub it on the chopping board to form a hollow hemp dough that looks like a date core.
2. Cut tomatoes into cubes, and cut green onions and ginger into shreds. Beat the eggs well!
3. Add a little peanut oil to the pot, fry the eggs and tomatoes, stir-fry until 70% hot, add refined salt, soy sauce, vinegar, and MSG. After boiling, add the raw sesame seeds and simmer until the soup becomes soupy. Serve when thickened. You can add some chili oil, garlic, etc. when eating.
