Is there a way to practice breathing while lying down?
This skill is a set of alchemy skills, also known as "Ten Pieces of Brocade on the Bed", which absorbs the essence of various ancient "leading techniques" and combines it with "Inner alchemy attack". It is also called "twenty-character formula for delaying illness and prolonging life" because it has the advantages of "thinking about motion and static", "training and nourishing", "combining rigidity with softness" and "key breakthrough". When I was a teenager, I was sickly and many people thought I would die, but after practicing this attack, all my diseases disappeared in less than one year. Judging from my personal experience in Qigong teaching for ten years, people with general physical weakness can turn from weak to strong within one year if they can seriously and persistently exercise "practicing Dan Kung in bed for ten sessions".

"Ten-stage alchemy exercises in bed" * * includes ten-stage attack methods, such as expelling turbidity, calming the nerves, dredging meridians, widening chest, smoothing qi, strengthening tendons, strengthening bones, shaking the sea and returning to the roots. The purpose and specific training methods are introduced as follows:

(1) "Expelling turbid pathogen": The purpose is to expel turbid pathogen to eliminate pathogenic factors, and to lay a foundation for the next step of "clearing away turbid pathogen" to strengthen and tonify Yuanyang. The method is to take supine position on the bed after waking up in the morning or before going to bed at night, put your hands on your lower abdomen for about six inches, close your eyes and smile, so that your body and mind are relaxed, and at the same time make your tongue relax. Then, it will be "persistent", which is not conducive to the operation of qi-moving machine), and then it will be inhaled. When doing this, it is based on the principle of "spit first and then inhale, spit more and inhale less, spit concave and convex, spit out and inhale quietly" and "spit through the mouth and inhale through the nose", that is, spit first and then inhale for six times. When spitting, the hands are tightened inward, the head is slightly forward, and the lower abdomen is concave. At the same time, the pronunciation of the "six-character formula" is used for meditation (the first meditation of "hey" [should be hush, it should be considered as a misprint. In order to eliminate the turbid qi in the zang-fu organs, the people of Penghao meditated on the word], the word "ha" for the second time, the word "Hu" for the third time, the word "Shu" for the fourth time, the word "Blow" for the fifth time and the word "Xi" for the sixth time. Every time you vomit turbidity until you can't vomit any more, stop for a while and inhale. When you inhale, your lower abdomen will bulge, your head will return to its original position, and you won't read the pronunciation. After doing this for six times, you will take a break and continue the second stage of "Naqing".

(2) "Naqing": The purpose is to absorb clear qi to nourish vitality, strengthen kidney yang and lay the foundation for the next step of "dredging meridians". When the first period of kung fu is finished, after a short rest, then practice this period of kung fu. The posture is the same as above, but at this time, focus on air pockets; When exhaling and inhaling, the principles are "spit first, then take in, then take in less, spit convex and take in concave, breathe in thoughts and breathe in silence", that is, straighten your body, exhale one mouthful, and then inhale for six times. When spitting, it is shorter than inhaling. When inhaling, the chest and abdomen are slightly upward, so that the body is arched. It is necessary to prolong the inhalation time to inhale more. At the same time, meditate on the above six words several times to strengthen the true qi of the zang-fu organs and abdomen (this name is the tonic method). After six times, take a break and continue the third paragraph of "dredging meridians".

(3) "dredging meridians": The purpose of this exercise is to unblock the governor and eliminate stagnation. And lay the foundation for the next step of "reaching collaterals". When the second stage of the martial arts is finished, the Qi in the abdomen is sufficient, so the Qi in the abdomen can be turned to the "Mingmen" and go up to the "Jade Pill Point" and "Mud Pill Palace" along the Du Meridian. After the true qi hovers in the "Mud Pillow Palace" for several weeks, it will follow the opportunity of less abdomen bulge when inhaling, so that the true qi hovering in the "Mud Pillow Palace" will return to Dantian along any pulse. It is commonly known as "Xiao Zhou Tian" to run along the true qi of Ren pulse. It will play an extremely good role in physiology and pathology. After practicing kungfu, there must be a comfortable feeling of hot air ascending along the Du meridian and cold air betting along the Ren meridian, and even the whole back is hot and sweaty, which is a good physiological change. It is also the verification of the effect of exercising this skill. According to "Xiao Zhou Tian", there are many functions, but according to the author's many years of teaching experience, this method is effective quickly. If some people have a few days and "small Sunday" passes, Gai Bengong's method of "passing through the classics" was carried out after the gas in the abdomen was sufficient. It has a good foundation for communication, and there will be no stagnation or "retreat if you don't advance" due to lack of gas. (When ascending according to the true qi, if you "sail against the current", you will retreat, just like the mercury column of a sphygmomanometer, you can't hit it without enough mercury, and if you barely hit it, you will fall off). As for the accessibility of "Xiao Zhou Tian", there are truth and falsehood, high and low, strong and weak, and there are often temporary things to be distinguished. For example, if we only strengthen the awareness of "introspection" and "thinking" when attacking, we can also feel the true qi ascending in a short time. But it is only an illusion. Although this method, called "understanding Xiao Sunday", has an "illusion", it cannot be said that Xiao Sunday has really passed. Physiologically and pathologically, this will not produce good results. As for the way to promote "Xiao Zhou Tian" by breathing guidance alone, it is called "Xiao Zhou Tian". But the strength is weak, it can't last long, it can't be constant, and it has little effect on physiology and pathology. The method of "dredging meridians" of this work not only has a sufficient material (vitality) basis, but also combines the use of consciousness and breathing (Wind and Fire Classic calls "meaning" fire "and breathing" wind ",and the combination of wind and fire may greatly play the role of" dredging "), so it can quickly get through Ren Du.

(4) "Da Luo" is a kind of "Da Zhou Tian" method, which aims to make the whole body benefit, and it is most effective for patients suffering from local pain, especially those with peripheral numbness, such as paralysis and rheumatism. As an acupuncture and massage doctor, if he can master this method skillfully, he will greatly improve his curative effect if he can transport the true qi to his fingers at any time to treat people. His method is to lie on his back, and put his arms beside him first. Concentrate on air pockets, and exhale when the lower abdomen has a "motive" (indicating that the yang has been activated). When you follow the principle of "follow your heart" and take advantage of the depression of the lower abdomen, the qi in Dantian will flee to the "life gate" and then go forward in two ways. When you go up all the way to the "Dazhui", you will be divided into two ways, and then follow the three Yang meridians of your hand to the end of your fingers and descend. At this time, it is forbidden to let out the true qi, which will hurt the vitality. In this process, the fingers and toes will naturally let go, and the speed and time required should be closely coordinated with the time and speed of inhalation. After breathing, stop for a while and inhale. When inhaling, you should also follow the principle of "follow your heart" and take advantage of the protruding abdomen to make your fingers angry. Follow the three yin meridians of the hand and converge in the "Shanzhong", and return to the abdomen of the lower abdomen along any pulse, while the qi of the toes goes up along the three yin meridians of the foot and returns to the abdomen of the lower abdomen at the same time. In the process of the qi of the hands and feet returning to the abdomen, the fingers and toes should be naturally flexed at the same time, and the speed and required time should be closely coordinated with the time and speed of inhalation. After doing this for more than ten times, the fingers and toes can feel hot and bloated, or

(5) "Broadening the chest": The purpose is to stretch the chest qi and strengthen the physiological function of the heart and lungs. The method is to close your eyes and put your palms together on your chest (at the point of Shanzhong) with a smile after you sit down with your feet fixed, and then do the breathing method after your heart is calm. When vomiting, keep your hands fixed, but lower your head forward so that your nose touches the end of your index finger. After exhaling, pause and inhale. When sucking, the head is raised, then twisted to one side, and then the hands are aligned to the opposite side, and the gas sinks into the abdomen. After inhaling, pause, exhale, exhale, and exhale, both hands will be restored to their normal positions, and the head will also be lowered forward, so that the nose will touch the second finger. After repeated breathing for six times, you can take a short rest and continue the sixth paragraph of "Shun Qi".

(6) "Shun Qi": The purpose is to clear the stagnation of the liver and gallbladder, and to strengthen the function of the spleen and stomach to help digestion. The method is to sit still in front, but put your hands in front of your abdomen (slightly in the middle of the umbilicus), and after calming your mind and regulating your breath, you can do the breathing method. When vomiting, turn your palms to the belly skin, the lower abdomen is concave, and your head leans forward (larger than the fifth paragraph). When inhaling, the head leans back slightly and twists to one side, then the hands are stretched to the opposite side as far as possible, and the lower abdomen naturally bulges. After inhaling, pause, and exhale. When exhaling, return your hands to the ball-shaped in-situ position, your head to the upright position at the same time, and your lower abdomen naturally sinks. After repeated breathing for six times, you can take a short rest and continue the seventh "strengthening muscles" technique.

(7) "Strengthening tendons": The purpose of this exercise is to strengthen the function of the elbow-brachial ligament, so that the two arms can exercise more vigorously and maintain their youthful vitality. The method is to hold the two arms firmly after sitting in front, so that the fist is level with the top of the head, forming a pen rack (mountain shape) and not moving. After the heart is calm, it is a matter of breathing. When you vomit, your hands stretch forward slightly, and your head and body lean forward slightly, and your lower abdomen naturally sinks. After exhaling, stop for a while and inhale. When inhaling, grasp and retract your two fingers hard and restore them to the shape of a penholder. The head also rises and leans back slightly. In the "breath-holding" state, shake your shoulder blades quickly for three times (muscles and bones are required to rattle), and exhale and inhale as before. This is a continuation of the eighth paragraph of "strengthening bones" skill, which stops after six times and takes a break.

(8) "Strengthening bones": The purpose of this exercise is twofold: First, to exercise the spine to prevent hyperosteogeny and vertebral body aging; Second, in order to strengthen kidney function, in order to resist aging. The method is to straighten your legs and sit still, and exhale first. When exhaling, stretch your palms down and straight as far as you can to the front. (Young people, it is best to touch their toes gradually. Older patients should do what they can step by step, and never be aggressive and forced to act), and the abdomen will naturally sag. After exhaling, keep lying down and stop for a while, but inhale. When inhaling, raise your hands to hold the palm of your hand in the sky, and at the same time, tilt your head and body slightly backward, and your lower abdomen will naturally bulge. After inhaling, stop for a while and exhale and inhale as before. After six breaths like this. You can take a break and continue the ninth paragraph of "Swaying the Sea".

(9) "Swaying the sea": The purpose of the first stage of the technique is to ease the tension of the first stage of the technique, so that the whole body's true qi will turn to the concentrated and boiling blood flow in the abdomen and turn to calm, which is conducive to the smooth completion of the tenth stage of the technique. The method is: take back your legs, sit in a pan instead, and put your hands on your lower abdomen. When your heart is calm and your breath is adjusted, you can exhale immediately with a very slow shaking action, that is, exhale first, then stop for a while, and shake in a circle. Inhale when shaking, and exhale when recovering. * * * Shake for 12 times, with odd numbers at the lower left and upper right, and even numbers at the lower right and upper left. The greater the shaking amplitude, the better, and the slower the shaking speed, the better. However, the initial training is unavoidable. When you do it step by step, you can take a break and continue the tenth paragraph of the "Back to the Root" method.

(1) The skill of "Returning to the Root" is an important part of "Inner alchemy". The purpose of transferring it to "Ten Pieces of Brocade on the Bed" is to attribute the achievements of the above-mentioned paragraphs (called "Holy Fetus" in the Dan Book) to Dantian, so that it will grow stronger and stronger, and the vitality will be strengthened, and the longevity will be guaranteed. The method is to maintain the posture of sitting in a dish, and gradually slow down the mouth and nose breathing, so as to gradually enter the state of "fetal interest" that seems to be closed rather than closed. At the same time, when all kinds of distractions are further eliminated, leaving only a little bit of "thinking", I feel that the true qi transferred to the abdomen around me is spiral and deepening, and finally I don't know what it is. At this point, my whole body is Shu Tai and angry, and I can get up.
