5g corn oil

Method
1. Wash the raw almond nuts with water. Drain the water and let dry slightly
2. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Spread the drained nuts on a baking sheet
3. Add corn oil. Spread evenly with hands
4. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly and spread evenly with hands.
5. The nuts are very shiny at this point. Put into the preheated oven and heat the middle rack to 150 degrees for 12 minutes. During this time, turn on the oven, turn the baking sheet three times and stir. Heat the nuts evenly to prevent them from burning.
6. After baking, let it cool and put it into a sealed box.
