Carrot and Lettuce Pancakes
Ingredients: lettuce, carrots, eggs
Method:
1. Wash the lettuce, blanch and remove. Squeeze out the water and chop into small pieces, then chop the carrots;
2. Put the chopped carrots and lettuce into a basin, beat in two eggs, add salt, pepper, and oyster sauce and stir evenly;
3 .Pour oil into the pot, pour vegetable paste, spread it out, turn it over after setting;
4. Fry both sides until golden brown.
