Steps
Prepare dried eggplant
Soak dried eggplant in cold water one night in advance.

Tips
1. salt should wait until the meat is almost rotten, otherwise the meat is not easy to rotten.
2. Add some hawthorn not only question, but also can make the meat easy to cook.
