Red Mushroom (Pine Umbrella Mushroom): Pine Umbrella, the scientific name of blood red rivet mushroom, alias Red Mushroom, Red Pine Mushroom, Pine Nail in the northeast. Born in the pine forest on the ground, and pine trees to form exogenous mycorrhizae, group, scattered or solitary. This mushroom has a good flavor and is known as "vegetarian meat", which is very popular among people. Because it is wild, the production is very little and the price is relatively expensive. Red mushrooms in the classification of fungi belong to the subphylum Staphylococcus, Umbelliferae, Rivet Mushroom, Rivet Mushroom genus, the substrate scattered, group or solitary.

It grows singly or in groups on the ground of pine forests in summer and fall, and forms mycorrhizae. This mushroom has thick flesh and good edible flavor. It is one of the important wild edible mushrooms in North China and can be used medicinally to cure neurodermatitis. The fungus is an important ectomycorrhizal fungus of coniferous trees, forming mycorrhizae and growing in large quantities in the north with the red pine.
