How to make fried cakes (oil cakes) Steps
1. Knead the dough with boiling water of about 85 degrees into a slightly soft dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
2. Cut the pork fat into small dices, chop the green onions and set aside.
