I have opened a restaurant, a stir-fry restaurant.
Generally speaking, stir-fry restaurants require a lot of helpers, and it seems that they can sell for 1,200 yuan a day. But after excluding labor, gas, vegetables, etc., there is basically not much left. If you are yourself Cooking vegetables can cost you 3,000 yuan. Otherwise, basically no money is made. This is even when the store is super cheap.
And it’s super tiring. If you can’t bear the hardship, don’t do this. If I make breakfast, I get up at around 5 o'clock every day and go to bed at 10 o'clock. I don't have any rest. I just have some free time from 2 to 4 o'clock in the afternoon.
I closed down not long after I opened it. I lost money and I couldn’t bear the hardship. The second thing is that I didn’t make money.
The situation in noodle restaurants is better. You can find 1 or 2 handymen and choose the noodles yourself, and you can make a profit. I should say the noodle shop is much better. If it is open, the location is very important, especially important. A bowl of noodles at a good location sells for 6 yuan, and many people eat it. Not to mention that the noodles at a bad location are cheaper, but fewer people eat them.
As long as the position is decent, you can earn a living. An average restaurant costs 3,000 yuan. Don't expect high profits.
Everything costs money, you will know after driving it.
If there is really no good job, you can open one. But don’t be afraid of hardship or tiredness, because catering is all about hard work and relies on diligence.
