Undaria pinnatifida and loofah can make soup together.
Step 1, semi-dry marinated kelp seedlings, wash away salt particles, and soak for 1-2 hours for later use. Slice pork liver, small intestine and pork tenderloin, wash and drain.
Step 2, cut the soaked kelp seedlings into appropriate sections, and peel the loofah and cut it into hob blocks for later use.
Step 3, marinate the drained pork liver, small intestine and tenderloin with salt, white pepper and corn germ oil for half an hour.
Step 4: Add 1 tbsp sweet potato starch to the braised pork and mix well for later use.
Step 5, boil a pot of water, add loofah and kelp seedlings after the water boils, and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 6, add the marinated meat, cook for 1 min without stirring, stir again, and skim off the floating foam. Continue to cook for 3 minutes.
Step 7, add some salt, chicken essence and white pepper to taste before cooking!
