What are the problems with Chinese football?

Foreword

The topic of my research this time is the current situation and future of Chinese football. Chinese football seems to have become a sensitive topic in the eyes of the Chinese people. It carries the hopes of 1.3 billion Chinese people, but it seems that it can't cheer up. People are paying attention to it after failure, and every failure will be reflected in the Chinese people's eyes. It has caused an uproar in the country, and more and more people have lost confidence in it. In response, we decided to look into this issue. Although there are not many of us, we still carry out some research and investigations on this with enthusiasm for Chinese football. We started from the Chinese league, fans, football market, etc., using surveys, questionnaires, discussions, etc. , hoping to get some information. After more than a semester of research and investigation, we finally got some answers we wanted. The following is the report of our research study. Please forgive me if the language is biased.

Past Chapter

In the history of modern football, the 20th century gave the impression that the Chinese team was a century of humiliation. Many facts also show that this is indeed the case!

However, China has also had its glory days. At the beginning of the century, modern football was introduced to China from Europe. "To watch a play, watch Mei Lanfang, and to watch football, watch Li Huitang." This is a saying that was circulated in Shanghai in the 1930s. In old China, it was indeed extraordinary for a sports figure to be compared with the name of Peking Opera master Mei Lanfang. With his tenacious struggle and superb skills, he won the title of "Asian Football King". In 1976, in a selection organized by an authoritative football magazine in the Federal Republic of Germany, Li Huitang was named the "World Player of the Year" along with Brazil's Pele, England's Matthews, Spain's Stefano, and Hungary's Puskas. The top five players." At that time, Chinese football was gradually developing in Asia. Together with Li Huitang, the first batch of pioneers emerged, and for the first time there was a regular team representing the country in foreign games. This is a sign that Chinese football has begun to take off and football has become a standardized competition in China. From 1915 to 1934, China won nine consecutive Far Eastern Games championships and qualified for the Olympic Games twice in 1936 and 1948. At this time, Chinese football is the well-deserved hegemon in Asia.

In the following period, due to political and other reasons, there was a vacuum in the entire world of football, and Chinese football was no exception. But the pace of development of Chinese football has never stopped. After the founding of New China, the Chinese national team collectively went to Hungary to study and returned to China in 1958. Unfortunately, they failed to compete in the 1958 World Cup finals, which was a huge blow. Perhaps this should be regarded as the most important event in Chinese football in the entire 20th century. The far-reaching significance behind it is not just as simple as the first time the entire national team studied abroad and the first time a foreign national team coach appeared. The most important thing is that it has cultivated the first backbone of modern football for China. Li Fenglou, Chen Chengda, and Nian Weisi will not only become the main players of the national team in the future, but also occupy the dominant position of Chinese football for a longer period of time. His own quality, ability and courage will directly affect the development of Chinese football and dominate the destiny of Chinese football in the following decades. And the descendants they taught through words and deeds are deeply imprinted by their predecessors whether they are players, coaches or leaders. Therefore, these people have become the pioneers and founders of modern Chinese football. They are the ones we are talking about today. And the true root of Chinese football. However, this national team, composed of players who position themselves close to the second-rate level in Europe, tried to qualify for the World Cup for the first time and lost at the feet of the Indonesian team. This seemed to be an ominous signal and heralded a series of failures in Chinese football thereafter.

What followed was a long decade of "Cultural Revolution turmoil". In an era where "politics came first", football was undoubtedly banned. After the reform and opening up, Su Yongshun led the Chinese team to the 1982 World Cup finals and failed. This is the first time that Chinese football has been closed to the world for a long time and has attempted to qualify for the World Cup after returning to FIFA. In essence, it is the beginning of the modern history of Chinese football. It was the first all-round collision and competition between Chinese football and the outside world. It made the Chinese first aware of the cruelty of modern football and initially exposed to the common international football competition system represented by home and away games. The whole process was broadcast live on CCTV and spread throughout China, creating the first group of fans in China who watch nine-inch black and white TVs and read eight-cent football newspapers. For the first time in the history of Chinese football, a goal affects hundreds of millions. The craze of the heart, the concept of stardom began to take shape, and the slogan of breaking out of Asia and going global is still the goal of Chinese football for generations. Since then, football has established itself as the number one sport in China. From a technical point of view, due to the failure against the New Zealand team, Chinese football began to transform into a model that emphasizes toughness, strength, speed, height and physical fitness, which continues to this day.

On May 19, 1985, because the Chinese team lost to Hong Kong at home in the World Cup qualifiers and lost the right to qualify, the fans present were emotional and angry, with nowhere to vent, which turned into vandalism. The streets exploded with looting. From then on, Chinese football was no longer regarded as a sport in isolation, but more as a window into Chinese society from a cultural perspective. The national team head coach Zeng Xuelin took the blame and resigned, not only because of the failure of the game, but also as a scapegoat to appease nationalist sentiment and stabilize society. This means that Chinese football has been given a heavy social mission. In this context, a conservative atmosphere has gradually permeated the entire Chinese football world.

The Chinese team has turned from its peak to decline in Asia, and its technical and tactical style has evolved from active offense to defensive counterattack, gradually slipping to the second-rate level.

In the 1988 Olympics and the 1990 World Cup, the Chinese team passed by because of two "black three minutes." The Chinese team, which entered modern football, seized the historical opportunity of the division of East and West Asia and did not have to face its main opponent, the South Korean team, and broke out of Asia for the first time in a real sense. However, Chinese football failed to seize this rare opportunity to make a qualitative leap. Therefore, entering the Olympics did not bring much impact. On the contrary, the impact and repercussions of the World Cup qualifiers the following year were much stronger. Twice, the Chinese team lost two goals in a row within three minutes of the final despite being in a favorable situation. It was a painful loss in history. Good opportunity. Although it failed again, this extremely dramatic result brought football's attention in Chinese society to an unprecedented peak.

Learning from the pain, why is it so painful? China began to reform and open up to the outside world in 1979, but the "close contact again" with "foreign coaches" in football had to wait until the 1990s. In 1992, the Chinese team, which was seeking pioneering development, invited Schlapner, but it failed again to compete in the 1994 World Cup finals. Schlapner became the first national team coach to coach in China. His short period of less than two years in China was a watershed in the transition of Chinese football from professionalism to professionalism. Although Schlapner led the team to a third-place finish in the Asian Cup and brought some concepts from developed football regions to the Chinese team, his own level and China's actual national conditions led to the inevitable result of the Chinese team's failure. Schlapner later triggered a debate over whether to continue to introduce foreign coaches or to still have Chinese national team coaches. As Chinese football integrates with international standards, this controversy no longer exists.

The pattern before the professional league was dominated by Liaoning. As the largest football province in China, Liaoning established a ten-consecutive championship dynasty from 1984 to 1993. In fact, Northeastern football has been at the forefront of China as early as the 1950s, but it was not until the early 1980s that the Liaoning team, represented by Li Yingfa, gradually established the unshakable dominance of Liaoning football in China. They established a ten-consecutive championship dynasty by winning one championship every year, including the National Games, the National League A, the Football Association Cup, which represents the highest level in China, and the only intercontinental championship that a Chinese team has won so far. All cups. Even today, the Dalian team, which has won the professional league five times in seven years, still bears the shadow of the original. Liaoning football has become the largest part of Chinese football and has largely influenced the glory and loss of Chinese football. In 1994, the Chinese Professional Football League was fully launched, which meant that Chinese football entered a new era. The original intention of professionalization is to establish a competition mechanism so that players can complete a positive transformation from "I want to practice" to "I want to practice". This unintentional move turned football into a huge industry. However, professional leagues have spawned a series of new problems, such as match-fixing and black whistles, player quality declining instead of rising, etc. With the increase in investment, they have become more and more serious and have become uncontrollable, even making it impossible for the reform of Chinese football to continue. At the same time, a series of poor performances by Chinese players in foreign games finally positioned Chinese football as second-rate in Asia.

In 1997, Qi Wusheng "knew that he couldn't do something but did it" and was unable to compete in the World Cup. Therefore, he was defeated by Dalian Jinzhou and the Chinese people continued to be disappointed. The level of local coaches forced the Chinese team to look to foreign coaches again, and Horton came. After all, this "British gentleman" who was the head coach of the Chinese national team and the Olympic team and spent two years and tens of thousands of dollars in Chinese football failed to withstand the test of "practice is the only criterion for testing truth." His concepts of "parallel positioning" and "long pass and lob" failed to save the Chinese team. There are no variables or routines in our playing style, and the result can only be that way. It is a pity that a generation of players with such potential has been written into the history of losers like their predecessors. However, together with Schlapner, their football ideas have greatly influenced Chinese football. Therefore, Chinese football has unswervingly embarked on the path of foreign teachers.

Perhaps, we have overlooked the birth, development and growth of Chinese women’s football. Although women’s football has developed since 1982, women’s football is not popular in China and is still in a dispensable and subordinate position. , the system and way of thinking are still stuck in the era of professional sports, and the first generation of female football players are still active on the field. Only after the Chinese women's football team failed to win the championship twice in the 1996 Olympics and the 1999 World Cup and finished second, did the country become more enthusiastic about women's football.

Current situation

On October 7, 2001, Chinese football reached the World Cup finals for the first time. This was an opportunity for Chinese football to achieve a historic leap. However, after the Chinese team ended its World Cup journey with three defeats in three games without scoring a goal, the passion for Chinese football eight months ago seemed to have suddenly cooled down and quickly dropped to a freezing point. What happened to Chinese football?

We cannot ignore the significance of a country with the largest number of fans entering the World Cup for the first time. Just like the comment about Armstrong's first landing on the moon, "One small step for him, one giant leap for mankind." In any case, the Chinese have taken the first step, and its historical significance cannot be denied.

But just because we have taken this step, we must place ourselves in the coordinate system of the current situation and development of world football, and conduct a profound reflection on the current situation and value evaluation system of Chinese football.

We have never doubted the power of ideas. We believe that a nation that is capable of constant reflection has hope. Although Chinese football is currently trapped in a "dark room", we hope to awaken the Chinese football that is gradually becoming numb with our weak cry.

Every time we reflect on Chinese football, almost everyone will say: "Our system is not good." What are the shortcomings of the existing Chinese football system? How can we overcome these shortcomings and establish a system that can promote the healthy development of Chinese football? We believe that this is a problem of productivity and production relations, and it is the most important issue before Chinese football. If this problem is not fundamentally solved, the so-called reform of Chinese football will not only lack a solid ideological foundation, but also will be distorted during the reform process. Will be restricted and troubled by unreasonable systems. What should be the relationship between the Chinese Football Association, local football associations and professional clubs? Should the professional football league, which has been called for many years, be established? Only by fundamentally solving these problems can Chinese football truly develop.

Eight years ago, China's first professional clubs were established one after another. In 1994, China's A Professional Football League was born. However, after only eight short years, China's professional football clubs have changed beyond recognition. Except for one club in Beijing, Guoan, which has persisted for eight years, the other more than 20 clubs have changed their banners, and some of them have even changed their affiliations several times. host. The lack of sustainable development capabilities has become a fatal flaw for Chinese professional football clubs. Why do clubs change flags so often? Obviously, this is related to the club’s living environment and its own hematopoietic function. In 2001, the biggest tragedy in the history of Chinese professional football was that the eight-year-old Sichuan Quanxing Club was sold for only 3 million yuan due to the huge economic pressure. This shows the living environment of Chinese professional football clubs. Judging from the current situation, China's professional football clubs rely more on a strong economy to survive. We do not deny the achievements of professional football, but we have to ask: Does China have real meaning? What about the professional football club you attend?

In the final analysis, football is a competition for talents. Without talents, nothing is possible. What is the living situation of professional players in China? We do not deny that China already has a group of professional players, but overall, the quality of China's professional players is still quite low. It is no secret that professional players participate in underground gambling and even join hands with underground gambling bookmakers to create match-fixing. Incidents of prostitution among Chinese professional players are often reported in the newspapers. Fights and fights are commonplace. Recently, there have even been scandals about some professional players taking drugs. In the Chinese football team where so-called elite players gather, we see more of a group of "economic monsters" than professional players. If Chinese football cannot cultivate a group of players with extraordinary football abilities and professionalism like Hidetoshi Nakata, Junichi Inamoto, Hwang Sun-hong, and Lee Young-pyo like Japan and South Korea, Chinese football will never be able to surpass Japan and South Korea.

From 1998 to 2001, Chinese professional football was attacked by "black whistles" and "match-fixing". After the "Yu Shen Case" in 1999, the final rounds of the 2001 League A and B were even more violent. A series of shocking "match-fixing black whistle cases" have been staged in succession. Song Weiping, chairman of Zhejiang Greentown Club, and Li Shufu, chairman of Guangzhou Geely Club, even exposed their own family scandals to expose corruption in Chinese football. When professional football faces a critical moment of life and death, the Chinese Football Association does not have enough courage to face this battle. Although "black whistle" Gong Jianping was arrested for taking a million yuan in bribes, there are still a large number of "black whistle" and "match-fixers" at large. Is this the end of the controversial "black whistle match-fixing" case? Corruption usually starts from top to bottom. Corruption is a complete chain-like system. If we dare not face up to and punish corruption in Chinese football today, then corruption will definitely resurface in the near future.

Since the beginning of the professional league, it has become common knowledge to introduce advanced technical and tactical awareness and theories of world football by hiring high-level foreign coaches. However, in the past eight years of the professional league, what have we got from foreign coaches? Because we didn't have enough patience, we fired a group of foreign coaches who had both advanced theories and rich practical experience. We also do not have a good summary of the training, management and theoretical experience of some outstanding foreign coaches. The value of a foreign coach is only reflected during his period of coaching. We do not deny that some outstanding foreign coaches have subtly changed Chinese football. However, most of the foreign coaches, including Milu, left Chinese football amid our doubts. We have learned to "bring", but we only know "bring".

The Chinese team lost the World Cup. Regarding the performance of the Chinese team, everyone admits that Chinese football skills are inferior to others. Now, what we need to reflect on is, why have we always been inferior to others in terms of skills in the past twenty years? The outstanding performance of Korean and Japanese football in this World Cup has completely shaken the "ethnic theory". The Japanese team's technical and tactical skills are even the envy of some teams in Europe and South America. In terms of physical fitness and will, the performance of South Korea and Japan is beyond people. The imagination makes European teams tremble with fear.

Ten years ago, why did China, which was basically on the same level as South Korea and Japan, have neither technology nor physical strength? Obviously, the real reason why our skills are inferior to others is that our training level is not high enough and we are not hardworking enough. We believe that the greatest contribution of the Korea-Japan World Cup to Chinese football is that it not only allows us to see the gap, but also brings us hope. I hope that in another ten years, Chinese football will no longer use the excuse of "inferior skills" as an excuse.

After this World Cup, Chinese football has set off another surge of "study overseas." Being trained in the five major European leagues is certainly a factor in Turkey, South Korea, Japan, and Senegal's football success. However, don't forget that Turkey has Galatasaray, Besikotas and other top clubs that can compete with any top European club. Clubs, professional clubs in Japan and South Korea have basically dominated the Asian Club Cup and Asian Cup in recent years. We believe that the development direction of Chinese football is not to allow a few people to play in European leagues. Instead of living abroad on the charity of others, it is better to stay at home and build our own league in a down-to-earth manner. Only by laying a solid foundation and players relying on their own strength to naturally play in the five major European leagues can this be the sunshine road for the development of Chinese football. We believe that it is precisely because Chinese football is always looking for shortcuts and is unwilling to do basic work in a down-to-earth manner that it has realistically widened the gap with Japan and South Korea.

Since the beginning of the professional football league, youth football clubs have sprung up like mushrooms after a rain. Although many clubs and civil organizations have made serious efforts to cultivate young players, the overall situation shows that the intensity and breadth of training of young players is still obviously lacking, and there are even signs of abnormal development. Since most clubs do not fundamentally attach importance to the training of young players, the training of young players has not attracted truly outstanding coaches. The lack of excellent coaches is the biggest problem in the training of young people in China. Of course, there are still many youth clubs that are engaged in making money under the banner of training young players. What's more, some youth football clubs have actually learned to match-fix in order to achieve results. Recently, a goalkeeper appeared in a youth football match in Liaoning. The farce of throwing the ball in one's own goal. If our youth player training reaches this point, Chinese football will surely face a terrible tomorrow.

In the "biological chain" of Chinese football, Chinese fans are not only a very important link, but also the loveliest people. However, after experiencing the World Cup, compared with Korean and Japanese fans, should Chinese fans also reflect on it? In recent years, Chinese fans have frequently caused quarrels and troubles, and the stadium riots in Xi'an in recent years have shocked the country. We do not demand that Chinese fans pay too much for the ugly Chinese football, but we believe that the kind of fans will create what kind of teams there are, and the kind of fans will create what kind of teams. Although the Chinese Football Association once tried to become a "family" with the media, due to the lack of openness and fairness in the work of the Chinese Football Association and the fierce competition among the media, fake news often appeared, resulting in a long-term relationship between the Chinese Football Association and the media. Cold War situation. The confrontation between the Chinese Football Association and the media actually caused Chinese football to suffer certain losses to a certain extent. On the one hand, we believe that the Chinese Football Association needs to face the supervision of public opinion with a correct attitude. On the other hand, for its own development and for the sake of Chinese football, the media should also make a solemn commitment.

Football Violence

Football is the world's largest sport with infinite charm. With the holding of the 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup, people's enthusiasm for football has reached an all-time high. However, while people enjoy and cheer for football, they often see another side of the green field: fan riots, football hooligans and other football violence, as well as black whistles, gambling and other derivatives of football, which have cast a shadow on football. . Although football in our country started late, with the rise of professional football, there have been constant scandals such as football violence and black whistles, which are strangling the nascent Chinese football from different aspects.

The emergence of football violence is not accidental. As a passionate sport, football often triggers irrational emotions in some people. One of the charms of football is its unpredictability. Luck on the court makes the game full of variables. It is this unpredictability that causes people to form a huge psychological gap (or ecstasy or rage) in a short period of time. At this time, as long as there is a "fuse", the emotions of ecstasy or rage will be aroused and vented through primitive acts of destruction. The manifestations of football violence are diverse: in terms of the place where it occurs, it may be inside or outside the stadium; in terms of the form of riots, it may be large-scale fights between different fans, such as in 1985 , the Heysel tragedy that occurred in Brussels, Belgium, brought the notoriety of English football hooligans to its peak. Due to riots by fans in Liverpool, England, the stadium stands collapsed and 39 Juventus fans died; it may also be that they carried out sabotage activities such as arson and smashing against targets in public places, such as buildings and cars. It is also possible to murder or infringe on specific objects to vent their dissatisfaction. For example, in 1994, Colombian football player Escobar accidentally kicked the ball into his home gate during the 1994 World Cup match between Colombia and the United States. Five days after Escobar returned to China, he was beaten by a group of drunkards outside a bar. Humiliated, he was eventually shot 6 times and died.

Corruption in football also has its origins.

Modern football is not only a sport, but also a highly commercialized sport. Fair competition is the proper meaning of sports, but in order to achieve commercial purposes, the football industry is also full of commercial fraud, and the sportsmanship of fair competition has been challenged. Its manifestations include: (1) Bribing the referee. Referees are the symbol of fair play. Referees on the green field have a certain degree of discretion. If a referee is bribed, his power will inevitably be abused and the balance will inevitably tilt. The origin of the "black whistle" phenomenon that has been aroused in recent years is that some clubs (teams) bribe referees; (2) Buy players. Illegal gambling syndicates collude with players to engage in match-fixing, or one team bribes players from the other team to become "traitors", failing to do their job or doing their best; (3) Buying off teams. As a spectator, you naturally want to see a real game. However, some teams do not start by improving their skills, but instead use money to bribe the opponent team in key games to achieve their goals. This is what the audience denounced as "match-fixing". It reflects;

In response to the increasingly serious football violence and commercial fraud, people are seeking various countermeasures. First of all, people think of using "family law" to regulate. There are many norms and disciplines in the football industry. For example, if a referee blows a "black whistle" after accepting bribes, the Football Association's law enforcement agency will impose penalties based on the severity of the case, including lifelong disqualification as a referee and a period of disqualification. Different penalties. Football clubs that offer or accept bribes will be fined 250,000 euros, and those who attempt to offer or accept bribes will also be punished. Players who offer or accept bribes will be suspended from three months to two years, and may also be fined. If players use violence during the game, the players will be suspended or fined. If violence and chaos occur at home, the club will be fined or the local home field qualification will be revoked. Secondly, in addition to "house rules", there are also national laws. In August 2001, the Italian Parliament passed a special anti-football violence law, including: it is strictly prohibited for spectators to throw objects into the stadium. Violators will be sentenced with prison terms ranging from 6 months to 3 years; according to videos of stadium violence, the police It has the right to arrest the perpetrators within 48 hours; spectators who enter the stadium without authorization will be jailed for 6 months or pay a fine of 2 million lire. In the UK, accepting bribes, whether by referees or players, is an act of "manipulating the results of the game." "Those involved in this act are likely to have committed a variety of criminal offenses including 'fraud.' If the evidence is confirmed by the court, If convicted, they will face imprisonment.” According to German criminal law, those who bribe referees will be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 3 months but not more than 5 years; In both cases, he was sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of 6 months to 10 years. In the United States, providing or accepting illegal benefits or other methods that interfere with the rules of public competition or organize or participate in unfair competitions can constitute the crime of unfair public competitions. Furthermore, public opinion supervision. Although the laws and various systems of the Football Association have played a great role in deterring ugly behaviors such as match-fixing in football, the role of public opinion supervision cannot be underestimated. To a large extent, it may be more effective than sentencing a few people to prison. Be big.

my country’s sports legal system is not yet complete, and there is no law specifically targeting football violence. However, within the current legal framework, football hooligans, football violence and other behaviors can be brought into the scope of the current criminal law. For example, illegally carrying dangerous items into the green field, if the circumstances are serious, may constitute the crime of illegally carrying firearms, ammunition, controlled knives, and dangerous items to endanger the safety of the public under Article 130 of the Criminal Law; for causing trouble and causing crowding inside and outside the football stadium, Beating relevant personnel, throwing dirt at relevant personnel, blocking the game, etc., the ringleader may constitute the crime of gathering a crowd to disrupt public order and traffic order in Article 291 of the Criminal Law; if during the riot, the perpetrator uses If the means or the result violates other crimes, it may also constitute other crimes. For example, if a person sets fire to burn public property or causes serious injury or death, it may constitute the crime of arson, intentional injury or intentional homicide. Those who damage public or private property may be prosecuted for the crime of damaging public or private property.

Compared with football violence, my country's current criminal law still lacks effective and clear regulations on football fraud and other behaviors. Article 51, paragraph 2, of the Sports Law stipulates: In competitive sports activities, bribery, fraud, or organized gambling behavior constitutes a crime, and criminal liability shall be investigated in accordance with the law. However, this provision lacks clear corresponding provisions in the criminal law. For example, there is a high degree of consensus on the understanding that "black whistle" referees use their power to make profits, violate the referee's responsibilities, deceive and fool the fans, and "black whistle" has obvious social harm. "The crime and innocence of the crime are more controversial. The "guilt theory" theorists believe that in the context of governing the country by law, no unit or individual is allowed to have privileges beyond the law, nor can a certain industry or field be allowed to become a blind spot beyond the reach of the law. The "innocence theory" believes that according to Article 3 of my country's "Criminal Law": "If the law expressly stipulates that it is a criminal act, it shall be convicted and punished in accordance with the law; if the law does not expressly stipulate that it is a criminal act, it shall not be convicted and punished." Therefore, in the interpretation of the law, Until it is clear, "black whistle" referees can only be judged by the court of public opinion and the moral court for the time being, or punished by the Football Association in accordance with industry disciplines, and cannot be held criminally responsible. In the "theory of guilt", what kind of crime does the referee suspected of "black whistle" constitute? Not without a doubt.

One view is that the Football Association is a social organization with industry administrative power in accordance with the provisions of the law, that is, in essence, the Football Association is an industry management organization with a state-owned nature. Therefore, the staff of the Chinese Football Association undoubtedly have the status of national staff, and then the personnel temporarily appointed by the Football Association to serve as domestic football league referees also have the status of national staff. Therefore, the criminal subject who complies with the provisions of Article 93 of the Criminal Law should be punished for the crime of accepting bribes. Another view is that the current football matches are of a commercial nature, and the bribery of football referees can be punished as a crime of bribery by company or enterprise personnel in accordance with Article 163 of the Criminal Law. The players playing football are actually the staff of the company. Accepting bribes from others in business activities by corporate staff should also constitute the crime of accepting bribes by company or corporate personnel. As for the party offering bribes, a detailed analysis must be made based on the specific circumstances. It may constitute bribery of corporate personnel as stipulated in Article 164 of the Criminal Law.

The media's tracking and exposure of the "black whistle" issue and the strong response from society show that "black whistle" constitutes a crime. This is somewhat like the passion of groups attacking in football fields. However, the law is rational. The debate in the theoretical circles on whether and what kind of crime constitutes a "black whistle" reflects the rational thinking of the legal community and also reflects the contradiction between the law and social needs. I believe that no matter how specific the law is, it is relative and cannot exhaust all phenomena. The so-called "a hundred secrets and a sparse", since the current criminal law has established the principle of statutory crime and punishment, and the principle of statutory crime and punishment actually recognizes and tolerates the incompleteness of criminal law, This is the price society should pay for choosing the principle of statutory punishment. Under the current legal framework, no matter what crime is used to deal with "black whistle" or other football fraud, it will inevitably be far-fetched. Therefore, discussions on issues such as "black whistle" should not dwell on specific cases, but should take this as an opportunity to speed up the improvement of my country's sports legal system, build a legal framework for the developing football, ball market, players, and fans, and make the green grass green. The stadium is far away from violence and fraud, and people truly enjoy football.

Black Whistle

Just when everyone has watched the first round of the Chinese Super League and unanimously lamented that there is no difference between the Chinese Super League and Class A, we have to shout loudly that the Chinese Super League is different from Class A, and it is seriously different. . This difference is mainly shown to us by the referees whose wallets have been seriously bulging recently. Every time the A-A league reaches the final stage in the past ten years, referees have become the focus of attention. It seems to be the eternal melody of Chinese football. But the first year of the Chinese Super League was seriously ahead of schedule. In the second game that went down in history, there was a black whistle, and it was completely black. In addition, Lu Jun, the best referee in the previous ten years, could not even remember the number of penalty kicks. We cannot If you don't admire the referee's level and methods, at present, he is really in the Chinese Super League.

In the first round of the Chinese Super League, there were several voices about refereeing. The performances of players and coaches were also different. Some sighed, some held the door and cried, and some were extremely angry. It can be said that there are all those who "swear my father, those who scold my mother, and those who think Chinese football will definitely die". And the referee also instantly became the criminal of a city or even a province. It’s really not easy. How many people want to become mass sinners but haven’t had the chance? Especially in the game between Shandong and Shanghai, a controversial penalty once again pushed the referee to the forefront.
