1. Ingredients:
4 abalones, half a carrot, 3 slices of ginger, 200g of rice, half a spoonful of cooking wine, and half a spoonful of salt.
2. Method:
(1) Use a rice cooker to cook porridge normally.
(2) Wash the four abalones, remove the internal organs and clean them.
(3) Cut abalone into small pieces.
(4) Put a spoonful of cooking wine and a few pieces of ginger and mix well. Pick out the ginger when using abalone.
(5) Cut the carrots into small pieces and set aside.
(6) Add sesame oil to the pot.
(7) Add carrots and stir-fry for a while until fragrant.
(8) Add abalone and fry for a while.
(9) Fry abalone and carrot until cooked.
(10) Pour the cooked porridge in.
(11) Stir the abalone, carrot and porridge thoroughly.
(12) Add half a bowl of water.
(13) Stir with a spoon while boiling.
(14) When the porridge becomes thick, add half a spoonful of salt.
