14, brick chimney:

(1) Brick chimneys are suitable for circular and square chimneys. When processing standard half bricks and wedge-shaped half bricks, the quantity can be calculated according to12 of wedge-shaped whole brick quota.

Two. Engineering quantity calculation rules

3. When laying round and arc brick foundations, 10m3 will increase 1.00 man-days.

4. Brick walls, hollow brick walls and stone walls are calculated by volume according to the dimensions shown in the design. Deduct the volume occupied by door and window openings, underpasses, empty rings, reinforced concrete columns, beams, ring beams, cantilever beams, lintels and niches, pipe troughs, heating troughs and fire hydrant box recessed into the wall. The volume occupied by beam head, plate head, purlin head, stow-wood, wooden head, edge wood, wooden brick, door and window head, reinforcing steel bar in brick wall, wooden bar, iron piece, steel pipe and single hole with an area of less than 0.3m2 is not deducted. The volume of waist line, cornice, coping, windowsill line, tiger head brick and door and window cover protruding from the wall surface will not increase. Brick stacks protruding from the wall surface are included in the wall volume calculation.

5. Wall length; Exterior wall according to the center line, interior wall according to the net long line; The wall between frames is calculated according to the clear distance between frames.

6, wall height:

(1) External wall: the sloping (sloping) roof without cornice ceiling is counted as the bottom of the roof panel; If there is a roof truss and there is a ceiling inside and outside, it will be added to the bottom of the lower chord of the roof truss by 200mm;; If there is no ceiling, add 300mm to the bottom of the lower chord of the roof truss, and if the width of the eaves exceeds 600mm, it will be calculated according to the actual build by laying bricks or stones height; Flat roof is calculated to the bottom of reinforced concrete slab.

8. The bucket wall shall be calculated according to the graphic size of the design and the external volume of the bucket wall. For the solid bricklaying parts between windows, under windowsills and floors, sporadic bricklaying projects will be implemented.

9. The empty flower wall shall be calculated according to the size shown in the design diagram, and the volume of the empty flower part shall not be deducted. Empty tracery wall does not include foundation, coping, brick stack solid build by laying bricks or stones, and the solid build by laying bricks or stones shall be calculated separately, and sporadic masonry quota shall be implemented.

10, the infilled wall is calculated according to the dimensions shown in the design and the external volume of the infilled wall. When the filler design and quota are different, it can be converted, and the artificial machinery remains unchanged.

1 1, brick columns and sporadic bricklaying are calculated by volume according to the dimensions shown in the design. Deduct the volume of concrete and reinforced concrete beam pad, beam head and plate head.

12. Chimneys, ventilation ducts and garbage passages attached to the wall shall be calculated by volume (excluding the volume occupied by holes) according to the dimensions shown in the design, and incorporated into the attached wall volume. When the design stipulates that plastering is needed in holes, the corresponding quota of decoration engineering should be implemented.

13, stoves, pots and pans are calculated according to the external volume, and various void volumes are not deducted.

14, the chimney on the house is calculated according to the external volume, and the volume occupied by holes is not deducted.

15, brick trench wall foundation, wall body combined calculation.

16, brick arch and reinforced brick lintel are calculated in cubic meters according to the dimensions shown in the figure. Without rules, the length of brick flat arch is 7cm wide, the height of a brick is 24cm, and that of a brick and a half is 36.5cm. Reinforced brick lintel, length according to the width of the hole plus 50cm, height (including reinforced protective mortar) calculated at 44cm.

17, the fire wall is calculated according to the vertical projection area. The heated kang is calculated in meters according to the length shown in the figure, and those with two sides against the wall are multiplied by the coefficient of 1. 15.

18. Division of stone foundation, stone plinth and stone wall body: The foundation and plinth should be bounded by the designed outdoor terrace, and the plinth and wall body should be bounded by the designed indoor terrace. When the floor elevation inside and outside the stone fence is different, the lower floor elevation shall be taken as the boundary and the following shall be taken as the basis; When the difference between internal and external elevation is a retaining wall, the wall body is above the retaining wall.

19. Schlesinger foot: calculated by volume according to the size shown in the design. Deduct the volume occupied by a single hole outside 0.3m2.

20, steps, step retaining wall, ladder belt, squatting platform, pond, pond leg, flower bed, flower pond, stair railing, balcony railing, ridge wall, brick pier under roof insulation board, hole filling within 0.3m2, etc., all carry out sporadic bricklaying projects.

28, brick chimney barrel has included protoplasm jointing. If the design provides for grouting and jointing, it shall be calculated separately according to the corresponding project of decoration engineering. The quantity of raw pulp jointing will not be deducted.

29, brick cylinder body needs steel reinforcement, implement the corresponding quota of steel engineering.

30. The reinforced concrete ring beam and lintel of brick chimney shall be calculated according to the real volume, and the corresponding quota of concrete and reinforced concrete engineering shall be implemented.

3 1, flue bricklaying is calculated according to the real volume, and the quantity of arch tire film has been included in the quota.

32, chimney, flue lining according to the real volume, deduct the volume of all kinds of holes.

33, chimney, flue and its lining, such as design requirements using wedge brick processing, should be calculated according to the design drawings and other items.

34. The filler is calculated according to the hollow volume between the chimney lining and the cylinder body, but the volume of anti-sinking belt is not deducted.

35, the inner surface of the chimney daub insulation layer, calculated according to the area of the inner wall of the cylinder after deducting holes.

36. The division of water tower foundation and tower body should be based on the top surface of the enlarged part of brick masonry, with the above as the tower body and the following as the basis.

37, brick tower regardless of thickness, diameter, calculated in cubic meters. Deduct the volume occupied by doors and windows openings and concrete members.

38. The external surface of the brick tower and the tank wall is comprehensively calculated by adding slurry and jointing, and jointing is carried out according to the quota regardless of adding slurry or protoplasm.

39. The septic tank of unshaped brick manhole is calculated in cubic meters according to different depths regardless of wall thickness, and the brick arch and self-closed on the hole are incorporated into the masonry volume.
